Off-topic: The Many Voices of Tara Strong

(Spoilers for Batman: Arkham City [That's CITY not KNIGHT])


 I was messing around on IMDb, and decided to take a look at the MLP:FiM voice actors to see if I knew any of them from elsewhere. To my surprise, I recognize a number of Tara Strong's roles beside Twilight Sparkle, most notably:

• Young Celeste (Babar)
• Barbara Gordon/Batgirl (various Batman iterations)
• Bubbles (Powerpuff Girls)
• X-23 (Wolverine and the X-Men)
• Sari Sumdac (Transformers Animated) 

 But she hasn't just done kid's shows. She's also been:

• Rachel (Ninja Gaiden Remake)
• Seth Balmore (Lost Odyssey)
• Mutiple Roles in Drawn Together
• Juliet (Lollipop Chainsaw)
• Plum (Bravest Wariors[Awesome show])
• Paz Ortega Andrade (Metal Gear Solid V)

 and had minor roles in:

• 3rd Rock from the Sun
• Pincess Mononoke
• Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption
• Clerks
• Spirited Away
• King of the Hill
• Family Guy
• Infamous 2
• Futurama

 Those are just a fraction of the roles she's had since the 80s. Worth noting is that she voiced in both Powerpuff Girls and Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends. Lauren Faust worked on both of those series before making Friendship is Magic.


 The thing that almost made my brain explode was that she plays Harley Quinn in multiple DC and Batman works, including Arkham City and Arkham Knight. 


 Yes, really.

 I went back in to the dental specialist today, and he said everything looked ok. Assuming nothing blows up, I'll go back to my regular dentist for a permanent crown, and that'll be the end of it.(PRAISE THE LORD!)

 I stumbled across the first two seasons of Futurama on DVD, so expect to hear more about that over the next couple weeks.

 I'm having trouble getting started on season 2 of FiM. (I'm only up to Sisterhooves Social.) I just haven't been in the mood for it lately. Maybe I'll take a week and come back to it.

 I'm going to try harder to get to know the MLP fans in my area. If you're in the Stockton/Modesto/Tracy area of California, shoot me an Email and we can figure out someplace to meet.
